Dr Felix Mbogella
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Felix Mbogella has extensive experience in managing international business operations. His experience and exposure to a broad range of technical and business consultation services has provided him with opportunities to incorporate consultation services for partners in emerging market economies as well as for those in industrialized nations
Daniel Mjema
Senior Executive Officer
Mr. Mjema is responsible for business development and strategic organizational growth of CAI. Mr. Mjema has successfully supervised a number of large scale development projects in Africa from Washington DC where he was based for many years. He has extensive knowledge, skills and experience in supporting growth of Small Businesses in USA and Africa
Loserian Sangale
Senior Program Specialist
Mr. Sangale joined CAI in 2016 as an independent development consultant, he is bringing a wide range of experience in various development sectors. Mr. Sangale a is Tanzanian development specialist with a diversified range of experience across sectors. He has an extensive experience in leading development projects across Africa. He has worked for the German Development Cooperation in Tanzania as their Technical Advisor for the GTZ’s multi Sectoral HIV/ AIDS program.
Richard Kweba
Director of Researches
Mr. Kweba has more than 25 years’ experience researches and monitoring and evaluation with a strong background in capacity building. Mr. Kweba has worked on a number of US government development programs for over 15 years in senior positions and therefore he is an experienced project manager conversant in providing technical leadership in complying with project performance and deliverables in contracts and agreements.
Zamaradi Said Gugu
Senior Youth and Gender Specialist
Ms. Zamaradi has several years of experience in program development and implementation. She has extensive experience in training facilitation in areas such as gender mainstreaming, environmental development and social marketing. Having spent a significant amount of time working in different development sectors she has in-depth insight into cross-cultural elements crucial to positive development in emerging market economies. She bases her success on integrating the physical, socio-economic and environmental elements of a community in laying the foundation for lasting development.
